A trip back to my hometown of Tadcaster led me to a brew which has been on my list of beers to try for a long time.
An excellently balanced, well hopped, bitter coffee porter, this beer is certainly one that I will return to. Brewed at Yorkshire’s oldest brewery and with an excellent reputation, Taddy Porter certainly deserves its good name.
I cannot stress enough that you should find your local Samuel Smith pub. All of the beers from this brewery are truly fantastic. You will never, ever be disappointed.
