As you all know, I hate IPA’s and this most certainly is an IPA. Recommended by a friend who is also an IPA sceptic I felt I had to give it a go.
It is wonderfully balanced and not overly hoppy. It has wonderful citrus notes with orange and grapefruit coming through strongly and has a nice bitterness on the back of the palate.
A slight criticism is the dryness, maybe could be smoother as it goes down, but it doesn’t take away from the flavour at all.
