Barbecue Ribs

Serves 2

Prep and Cook time- 4 hours

Barbecue ribs have always been one of my favourite treats. Covered in sticky sweet and sour barbecue sauce, fall of the bone tender and as juicy as can be, ribs are arguable the best bit of pork!

Ingredients

500g Ribs

200mls of your favourite barbecue sauce, I like Red True Barbecue sauce of Sweet Baby Rays.

Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Cover your ribs in barbecue sauce and leave to marinate for a minimum of 2 hours, but up to 24 hours.
  2. Lay your ribs in a tin foil lined tray and cover in tin foil. Cook at 150 degrees C for 2 hours.
  3. Take the top layer of your tin foil off and cover your ribs in more barbecue sauce. Then put the ribs back in the oven at 200 degrees C for another 15 minutes to caramelise the sauce.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve!
