As I’m looking to be a little healthier and cut down on my carb intake, I have been eating more sweet potatoes than ever. These crispy, spicy wedges are a real treat and I most recently paired them with my Chicken Souvlaki and Tzatziki!
Ingredients
1kg Sweet Potato
1tsp paprika
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp cayenne powder
1tsp chilli flakes
2tbsp veg oil
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Method
- Preheat your oven to 170c
- Chop your sweet potatoes into wedge shapes
- place your sweet potatoes into an oven tray, and sprinkle over all of your spices, salt and pepper and oil, mixing thoroughly.
- Cook for 50mins at 170c, turning halfway through the cooking process.
- Pile high and serve!
