This is the perfect healthy rice alternative. Simple to do and delicious to eat. An excellent flavour carrier for curry or chilli without any of the guilt.
Simply flourette your cauliflower (this means taking off the bits that look likes trees) and blitz them up in a food processor until they look a little like cous cous. Then put the mixture into an oven tray and roast for roughly 15 mins. This gives the cauliflower a wonderfully nutty flavour, which provides you with a little contrast to the heat of either curry or chilli!
I seriously recommend giving this a go, it is honestly a really, really good little trick!
