1 Tablespoon Butter
Salt and pepper
1. Roughly chop your leeks as small as you can.
2. Add to a pan with your butter and soften for 2 to 3 mins.
3. Add your cream and salt and pepper and allow to simmer for another 2 to 3 mins until the cream thickens.
4. That’s it, simple as that!
