Who doesn’t love gin, elderflower and prosecco? Individually they’re delicious, mixed together they’re amazing. Refreshing, sweet and tangy, this is a perfect posh drink for a hot summer’s day. This cocktail really is something special.

Ingredients

1 shot of gin

1 shot of elderflower cordial

100ml prosecco

Squeeze of lemon

Method

1. Pour one shot of gin into a champagne flute.

2. Add one shot of elderflower cordial to the gin.

3. Top the glass up with prosecco.

4. Spritz a small amount of lemon into the glass.
